Payment is expected when services are rendered. Estimates are gladly provided upon request. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), checks (with driver’s license), and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Although we do not bill for services, we are aware being a pet parent can be expensive, and we have options to help. We believe Care Credit is the best option. If you are declined for Care Credit and can provide proof to our office, at management’s discretion, we may be able to provide a payment arrangement through Vet Billing.
Care Credit: This option may be used for any medical bill where accepted, from your routine veterinary visit to your own personal medical expenses. As we also house a large resort, this card may be used for your boarding, daycare, retail, and grooming needs! It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments, at $0 interest during that period. Scratchpay: This option may be used for any medical bill where accepted, from your routine veterinary visit to your own personal medical expenses. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 5 biweekly installments at 0% interest during that period, or a 1yr-2yr monthly plan at varying interest. Scratchpay isn’t a credit card, so checking & accepting your plan option will not affect your credit score. You can apply online at www.scratchpay.com.
