  • What services do you offer?

    We provide full-service veterinary care, grooming, boarding, and daycare—all in one convenient location at Noah’s Ark Veterinary & Boarding Resort. Our veterinary services, combined with our resort offerings, make it easier to support your pet’s health, comfort, and daily care in one place.
  • What vaccines are required for boarding, daycare, or grooming?

    For everyone’s safety, we require all pets using resort services to be up to date on core vaccinations. For pet boarding and daycare, dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella (canine cough), and Canine Influenza (H3N2). Cats must be current on Rabies and Distemper, and ferrets must be current on Rabies. In addition to vaccinations, daycare guests must be on flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and have a negative fecal screening within the past six months. For grooming services, pets must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. If you’re unsure whether your pet is up to date, our team is happy to review records and help you prepare for your visit.   • What if my pet is nervous?

    We understand that some pets may feel anxious in new environments. According to SSRN, around 49.9% of dogs in the U.S. display moderate to severe anxiety, which is why our veterinarians and team use Fear Free techniques. We will dedicate extra time and attention to help shy or sensitive pets feel more at ease during their visit. Please let us know about any concerns regarding your pet’s temperament so we can tailor their experience accordingly.
  • Do you offer payment plans or pet insurance support?

    While we don’t offer in-house payment plans, we do provide flexible options. We accept a variety of payment methods and offer third-party financing through Cherry. For pet insurance, we provide detailed, itemized receipts for easy reimbursement and also accept direct pay from Trupanion. These options make managing veterinary services simple and convenient.
