What to Expect at Your First Visit

Warm Welcomes:
Our reception team will greet you and your pet upon arrival and help guide you through the check-in process — whether you’re here for a wellness exam, a grooming appointment, or a resort stay.

Personalized Care:
You’ll meet with one of our dedicated team members to discuss your pet’s needs, preferences, and any questions you may have. We believe in transparent, collaborative care and will walk you through our recommendations every step of the way.

Plenty of Treats and Comfort Measures:
We aim to keep tails wagging and whiskers twitching. From gentle handling techniques to individualized attention, we work to make every visit — medical or otherwise — as positive and stress-free as possible.

Helpful Tips for First-Time Visitors

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get you checked in smoothly.
  • Bring any previous veterinary records if your pet is here for veterinary care — or proof of required vaccines if visiting for boarding, daycare, or grooming.
  • Resort services are located on main level, and veterinary services on the second floor. (You can access the second floor via the outdoor staircase or the elevator located inside on the main level).

We provide full-service veterinary care, grooming, boarding, and daycare — all in one convenient location.

What vaccines are required for boarding, daycare, or grooming?

For everyone’s safety, we require all pets using resort services to be up to date on core vaccinations. You can find specific details on the Boarding, Daycare, and Grooming pages, or give us a call and we’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed for your pet’s visit.

What if my pet is nervous?

Just let us know! Our team uses Fear Free techniques and takes extra time for sensitive or shy pets to help ensure a comfortable experience.

Do you offer payment plans or pet insurance support?

While we don’t offer in-house payment plans, we accept multiple forms of payment and provide itemized receipts for pet insurance reimbursement — including direct pay through Trupanion.
